Shipping:

We offer as many shipping methods as possible, including Royal Mail, DHL, UPS, USPS, FedEx, and EMS, etc.

Delivery Time=Processing Time+Shipping Time

Our estimated delivery dates are based on several factors, including the destination address, the shipping options you've chosen, and how quickly we can assemble and prepare your items for shipment. You can calculate delivery estimates by taking the processing time for your order and adding the delivery time based on the shipping method you've chosen.

For example, if you order a dress, it will need 3-5 business days of processing time and then 10-20 business days of shipping time if you select standard shipping. Therefore, you can expect to receive it in 13-25 business days. And you can expect to receive it in 8-15 business days if you select express shipping (3-10 business days).

If the package is not delivered on time, please feel free to contact us first. We will do our best to resolve any issues.

NOTE:

Affected by Covid-19, there will be some delay on the delivery.

1. Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.

2. Your local customs office may require additional documents and time to clear your package, which may delay the estimated delivery time.

3. Your order may be delivered to you by either the local post office or a local courier. Depending on your area, most orders will be delivered by your local post service, so the package will be received with your regular mail. If you are not home when the delivery is made, a notice card may be left by the postal service to advise on how and where your delivery can be collected.

4. If you don’t receive our Customer Service team’s response for an extended period of time (24 hours on weekdays, 48 hours on weekend), please check your Contact email’s Spam folder. Our emails may have been filtered incorrectly by your email server/provider.

Tracking:

If a member has successfully ordered, you can visit: My Account > Orders, find the corresponding order number, check order status, check the delivery status of orders in the order state, you can go on the website for the logistics company, input tracking number there and you will be presented with the tracking information.
